Queenella Gibson, a licensed realtor, author, public speaker, and visionary leader, is widely known for her talent in building stages and building people. Queenella spearheads two pioneering events. The Women of Diversity Brunch, held every March to coincide with Women’s History Month, celebrates the achievements of women. Additionally, the Q4 Mastermind, taking place in October, showcases an extraordinary lineup of both men and women who defy stereotypes and societal constraints.
In December 2021, Queenella assumed the position of Events Director for the Women's Council of Realtors North Central, committed to the progress of women as business leaders. By April 2022, she transitioned to the role of RVP Ambassador, and later in 2023, she became the Vice President for the NJAMREP chapter of NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers). Additionally, in 2023, she took the oath of office as the membership director of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) Somerset, NJ.
As Founder and President of I Belong Here, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to women’s empowerment, Queenella has created a versatile platform beyond real estate, fostering collaboration, personal growth, and financial empowerment.
Queenella’s mission is to help individuals build confidence, hone skills, and overcome obstacles to achieve their goals. She is committed to empowering others to realize their full potential and leave a lasting legacy in the dynamic realm of real estate.
